Job Summary:
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for driving sales maintaining customer relationships and growing the client base through proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a targetdriven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell food products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality and catering industry.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely followups.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and feedback.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and new product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales sales or customer service preferably in the food FMCG or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- A selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
