Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Salary: $1400$1700 USD/month weekly commissions (avg 1100/month) overtime
Working hours: 3PM 11PM EST Mo FR 1 x SAT/month 10PM 5AM SA time)
Overview:
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing heating and cooling equipment. You will follow a scripted sales process to qualify leads address customer inquiries and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls: Receive and respond to incoming calls from potential customers.
- Qualify leads: Assess customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products.
- Provide product information: Explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
- Address customer inquiries: Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional and informative manner.
- Close deals: Negotiate terms process orders and close sales.
- Follow up with leads: Contact potential customers who did not purchase immediately to follow up on their interest.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume call center environment.
- Experience in sales preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- The ability to work independently and meet sales targets is essential.
- Experience handling technical inquiries and explaining complex products is a plus.
