About Us

We are a growing company specializing in highquality medical products. We are expanding our outbound sales efforts and seeking a techsavvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and appointment setting.

Our ideal candidate is a fluent English female speaker with experience in cold calling lead generation and CRM tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo. This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Your primary role will be making outbound calls to potential clients and generating leads.
Building & Managing CRM Data – Create and maintain accurate lists of qualified leads and key decisionmakers in Salesforce.
Appointment Setting – Schedule meetings for sales representatives to close deals.
Email Outreach & FollowUp – Use AIpowered tools to automate and optimize email sequences.
Sales Tools & Software – Navigate and utilize platforms like ZoomInfo Salesforce and Engage for prospecting and outreach.


Who We’re Looking For

Fluent English Speaker – Clear and professional communication (accent acceptable).
TechSavvy & CRM Proficient – Experience with Salesforce ZoomInfo and sequencing tools preferred.
Cold Calling & Sales Experience – Strong background in lead generation cold outreach and appointment setting.
Reliable Setup – Stable internet connection and power backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
GrowthOriented – Open to learning and growing within the company.

Bonus: We are considering future hires from Latin America for Spanishspeaking markets so bilingual candidates are welcome to apply!


Hiring Process & Timeline

Salary Range: $1000 – $2000 USD (based on experience)
Incentives: No commission initially but we may introduce a bonus structure after 36 months
