Job Responsibilities:
Commission Management:
- Understand the sales compensation plan and support the accurate and timely delivery of commission payouts on a monthly basis.
- Help implement a new commissions software tool to streamline commission processes more efficiently and effectively.
- ist Sales Operations in addressing inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations.
Sales Tools Management:
- Manage software tools used by the sales team (e.g. commissions tool Chili Piper) including provisioning user accounts and licenses setting up rules workflows etc.
Operational Policies & Procedures:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain data hygiene.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative duties as igned to support operational excellence
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong ytical ss with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data ysis and reporting tools.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations ysis/quality audits or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement and project management.
- Experience in quality audits.
- Previous experience working in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience with Pivot Tables and Formula creation in Excel is required.
- Experience in Google Sheets is strongly preferred.
