LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Automation & Content Strategy Expert
Working Hours: Pacific 7 AM to 3 PM (Can be flexible with overlap working hours with the client)
Salary: 1500 to 3000 USD/month ( Final offer will depend on the client's approval and essment of the candidate's overall qualifications)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly sed Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in automating marketing processes driving ad campaigns and creating highquality content. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands the importance of automated touchpoints sequences and funnels while also being capable of producing disruptive content that drives engagement and organic viral growth. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering valuable resources to our members ensuring we remain an indispensable part of their practices. Familiarity with the aesthetics and wellness industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
  • Develop and implement automated marketing touchpoints sequences and funnels using HubSpot.
  • Manage CRM processes ensuring smooth and efficient lead nurturing onboarding and member engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
  • ist in planning and management paid ad campaigns across various platforms including social media search engines and email.
  • Google ytics Google Ads Meta LinkedIn
  • yze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Oversee and provide input on the creation of highquality content including blogs social media posts videos and webinars designed to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Focus on producing content that disrupts the market captures attention and drives organic viral marketing.
  • Examples: Maintain the element of surprise to communicate with target audiences don’t just follow but create trends make memorable content.
  • Work with the graphic design team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Member Engagement & Resources:
  • Develop and distribute valuable resources and content that keep members engaged and see us as an essential partner in their practice.
  • Some examples of this are: eBook material building a member knowledgebase or social media templates for members. We are open to your ideas!
  • Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve memberdriven content and resources.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent communication and value delivery to our members.
  • Organic & Viral Marketing:
  • Support organic and viral marketing efforts through strategic content distribution and engagement tactics.
  • Innovate and implement strategies that drive organic growth and foster a strong engaged community.
  • Identify and leverage trends to amplify content reach and member interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on automation content strategy and ad campaign management.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
  • General knowledge of ClickUp or willingness to learn for use of project coordination and communication.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation paid advertising and organic growth strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that balance automation with highquality disruptive content.
  • Excellent communication ss with a knack for creating compelling content and presenting ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines in a fastpaced startup setting.
  • Willing to use Email Clickup and Hubspot to regularly communicate project progress
  • Available daily during general business hours and for 23 weekly checkin’s via Google Meet or Zoom.
