Job Description
Working Hours : 5AM 1PM Central USA Time (Monday Friday)
Salary Range :USD/month (Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and essment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)
Holidays: : US holidays
Payment Cycle : Monthly
Vacation: 15 work days per year
Sick Days: 5 work days per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- inventory reconciliation
- communicating with suppliers
- confirming delivery
- confirming packaging
- creating Amazon FBA shipments
- working with freight forwarding
- forecasting inventory demands
Amazon FBA
- customer service
- troubleing
- communicating with Seller Central
- updating & optimizing listings
- working with ads manager to improve listings
- using Helium 10 for product research and optimization
- new product launch
- product marketing
- managing Upwork talent
Shopify
- syncs with Amazon
- management of listings
- customer service
- create & manage discounts
Bookkeeping Quickbooks
- invoice and payment processing
- bulk order management
- bookkeeping of records
- management of receipts
Sales
- customer outreach
- cold email
- B2B sales
Social Media Content
- create graphics ads in Canva
- manage email campaigns
Skool Community Management
- ist with posting videos to Skool platform
- ist with description of videos
- ist with community management
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of ecommerce experience
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and Loom is a plus
- Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- High level of English proficiency
- Project Management: Notion
- Communication od: Loom WhatsApp email
