Shikshakji.com is looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Expert to join our remote team. If you have a passion for streamlining business processes using Zohos suite of applications this is a great opportunity to work from home while contributing to the success of an innovative educationbased platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Zoho suite of applications including Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects and Zoho Campaigns.
- Customize Zoho applications to meet business needs and improve workflows.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues related to the Zoho platform.
- Integrate Zoho with other thirdparty applications and ensure smooth data flow.
- Generate reports dashboards and analytics to assist management in decisionmaking.
- Automate processes using Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator to streamline business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Zoho and implement them as necessary.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho customization integration and automation.
- Experience in working with APIs and thirdparty integrations.
- Ability to analyze business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for supporting and training team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Desired Skills:
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
- Familiarity with educationbased platforms or related industries.
