We are seeking an experienced International Lead Generation Expert to identify and attract global clients in need of outsourced IT developers. The role involves generating qualified leads from international markets (primarily US UK and Europe) with a strong focus on startups and smalltomedium enterprises (SMEs) requiring development support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in international markets looking to outsource IT developers.
- Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.) and databases to create lead lists.
- Generate leads through outbound campaigns cold emailing and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on their business needs and match them with our IT developer outsourcing services.
- Build relationships with prospective clients moving them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation progress and metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the evolving demands for IT developers.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in lead generation or business development ideally within IT outsourcing or talent sourcing.
- Experience working with clients in international markets especially the US UK and Europe.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry specifically developer roles and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing leads.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to meet targets.
