We are seeking an Italian Language Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Italian language and culture along with strong communication skills. This role involves providing language support translating materials and contributing to projects that require expertise in Italian.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide highquality customer service in Italian via phone email and chat.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers in navigating our products and services ensuring a positive experience.
Translate customer feedback and inquiries to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Italian ( C1 ) and English ( B1 ) (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric attitude.
