About the Role:
Were looking for a Technical Expert to optimize our recruitment platforms manage KPIs and provide actionable insights for growth. The ideal candidate is a handson professional with expertise in Teamtailor and LinkedIn Recruiter experienced in streamlining recruitment processes and maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teamtailor Platform Optimization:
Oversee recruitment workflows from job postings to candidate placements.
Generate customized reports & dashboards to track key recruitment metrics.
Deliver actionable insights to improve processes.
2. LinkedIn Recruiter & Sales Navigator Expertise:
Source & engage top talent through LinkedIn tools.
Develop targeted candidate pipelines and identify passive talent.
3. Recruitment Metrics & Data Analytics:
Define and monitor key performance indicators like costperhire and timetofill.
Build custom reports for deeper business insights.
4. Business & Budget Analytics:
Align hiring strategies with business goals and analyze recruitment costs.
Present detailed impact reports to management.
5. Campaign Optimization & Innovation:
Experiment with new strategies and stay updated on recruitment tech trends.
About You:
Education: Graduate with 35 years of experience managing recruitment tools especially Teamtailor.
Experience: Proven expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator.
Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS tools data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus) and recruitment metrics.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator effective multitasker and team player with experience in global crossfunctional teams.
Bonus Points:
Power BI knowledge and familiarity with advanced recruitment tech and automation trends.
