Position Summary:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company s most important clients. This role ensures client satisfaction drives revenue growth and identifies new business opportunities within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
Monitor account performance and ensure delivery of agreedupon results.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to expand the account s contribution.
Provide clients with regular updates on products services and industry trends.
Prepare and present account performance reports to both the client and senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
23 years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customercentric approach with a focus on building longterm relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
