Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assets the quality of the company s relationship with them.
- Search marketplace for available aircraft and secure exclusive listings
- Develop and present aircraft acquisition proposals to prospective aircraft buyers
- Develop and present aircraft brokerage services to prospective sellers buyers and other brokers
- Maintain and develop strong industry OEM and vendor contacts
- Elaborating the customized specifications of aircraft depending on customer needs and providing support for the preparation of answers to Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Proposing product development activities to be in conformity with customer requirements and the market.
- Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
- Maintain aircraft technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications participating in professional societies airshow and establishing personal network
- Plan for achievement of individual and divisional monthly sales targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
- Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results required by the management
- Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
- Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
