Job Description

  • Sales forecasting
    Creating interpreting and applying sales forecasts based on sales reports


  • Building customer relationships
    Developing longterm relationships with key clients


  • Creating sales plans

    Outlining the goals strategies and tactics to achieve the desired results
  • Customer relationship management
    Sharing knowledge with marketers to help them better understand the customer


  • Problem solving
    Identifying sales challenges addressing customer concerns and finding solutions


  • Analyzing sales performance
    Evaluating the performance of the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction


  • Setting sales targets
    Developing sales targets and goals and implementing strategies to achieve them


  • Communication
    Connecting with clients and sales team members through strong written and oral communication skills


Sales managers also monitor the market analyze data and perform calculations to stay within budget.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role preferable within the solar energy industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software (is a plus)
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to travel as required.


Must have knowledge on the below: Honour's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferable within the telecoms industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software (is a plus) Valid driver's license. Ability to travel as required.
