Were a worldleading smart mobility tech company with oversubscribers across 24 countries and were looking for a Branch Manager to manage the operations of our team based at our Bloemfontein Branch.
Description
- Lead and manage a team of technical operational sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets
- Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
- Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all gotomarket channels i.e. Dealerships Commercial and Insurance)
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Tertiary education (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years in both an operational / sales environment
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
