Job Description
Are you a culinary superstar ready to shine as a Senior Sous Chef Join our dynamic kitchen team and work alongside our Executive Chef to create unforgettable dining experiences! In this role you will oversee daily operations ensure topnotch food quality and presentation and drive menu innovation.
Your responsibilities will include supervising junior staff maintaining safety and hygiene standards managing inventory and training your team to uphold our high culinary standards.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (reading writing speaking).
- Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 4/5star hotel.
- Kitchen Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel kitchen operations.
