Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Management Specialist)
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: 46 Years
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Summary:
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Specialist you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program project or contracted service Youwill leverage standard tools methodologies and processes to deliver monitor and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in leading and managing projects from initiation to closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Experience in change management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret project data.
