Job Description
Clear understanding of engineering (part/component) drawing.
Sound knowledge on manufacturing processes.
Good visual inspection skill.
Capable to perform dimension inspection using different types of measuring instruments for final inspection.
Should be capable to perform Product / Process audits.
Clear concepts on SPC tools Process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk)
Knowledge on calibration of measuring instrument and MSA
Basic understanding of 7QC tools & Problem solving (PDCA 8D) methods.
Good communication & report generation skill (Microsoft office: MS word MS excel and power pointEmployment Type
