Job Title: LMS Software Sales Representative
Location: Middle East Region & Africa
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Learning Management System (LMS) software in the Middle East. This role involves generating new business managing client relationships and acting as a product expert to support educational institutions corporate clients and training organizations in the region.
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct indepth market research to identify trends potential clients and sales opportunities. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy tailored to the Middle Eastern market.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and reach out to potential clients including educational institutions corporations and training organizations. Utilize a variety of channels including networking events industry conferences and digital outreach.
Sales Process Management:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing including presentations demos negotiations and proposal development. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM software.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders. Provide regular updates insights and support to ensure longterm client satisfaction and growth.
Product Expertise & Consultation:
Act as a product expert understanding client needs and presenting LMS solutions that align with their goals. Stay informed about LMS technology trends and competitor offerings to enhance product positioning.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing product and support teams to align sales efforts with product launches promotional campaigns and customer feedback.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets contributing to regional revenue goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in software sales ideally in SaaS or LMS environments. Experience selling to clients in the Middle East region is preferred.
Should be willing for traveling to other countries and sometimes needs to relocate
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the LMS landscape and client needs within the education or corporate training sectors.
- Resultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
