Job Summary: We are seeking an aggressive and numbersdriven Performance Manager to join the central HR team at 2COMS. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or a related field demonstrating a strong ability to engage with employees across all levels and drive performance growth. This role requires handson management of employee performance metrics ratings and targets to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance management process across all departments within 2COMS.
- Drive employee engagement through regular performance reviews goalsetting sessions and continuous feedback loops.
- Develop and implement aggressive targetdriven performance strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee performance metrics including ratings KPIs and goal completion rates.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure performance targets are understood achievable and effectively communicated to all employees.
- Support career progression and performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify trends gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Engage with employees regularly to maintain morale provide feedback and encourage personal development.
- Ensure transparent and fair evaluation processes working closely with HR to resolve performancerelated issues.

Requirements

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems, financial accounting principles, and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
