Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and interpret data from various sources to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover key findings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations using primarily Tableau.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define business problems and data requirements.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to support decisionmaking processes in areas such as marketing operations or customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining databases and data systems.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and security applying best practices in data management and governance.
- Present complex information and analysis in clear concise presentations or reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation for data workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g. SQL Python R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
- Familiarity with database management ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and data warehousing.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to nontechnical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (regression clustering hypothesis testing).
- Knowledge about C# fundamental.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Strong Excel skills including advanced functions and pivot tables.
