We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our exciting team. The ideal candidate will provide support and maintain our production systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support of the units specialty to ensure continuous
availability of the organizations services to its internal and external
clients. - Provide support for ABMs communications equipment servers desktops laptops and all other Technology equipment.
- Allow viewing of video camera footage.
- Support the production platforms by timely resolution of normal application/system problems including conducting problem determination ownership root cause research and selection of solutions (seeking support from other staff and/or the vendor as appropriate).
- Implement changes based on client and customer readiness as well as systems readiness in accordance with established change management processes.
- Adhere to ITIL standards practices processes and
procedures. - Despite change maintain confidentiality availability and integrity of all systems and data as per best practice.
- Meet deadlines and provide acceptable service levels in conjunction with changing priorities.
