• Talent Acquisition:
o Manage endtoend recruitment for both corporate and plant roles
o Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries resolving issues and grievances in a timely empathetic manner.
o Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management:
o Coordinate the performance appraisal process ensuring consistent application of performance standards.
o Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and coaching techniques.
• Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
o Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Compliance and Policies:
o Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
o Maintain uptodate records of HR documentation and support audits as required.
o Develop review and update HR policies keeping them in alignment with the company’s goals and industry standards.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration:
o Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits including health welfare and other employee benefits programs.
o Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits in coordination with the finance department.
• Health Safety and Welfare:
o Implement and monitor health and safety programs especially within the manufacturing plant.
o Collaborate with the plant team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and a safe work environment for all employees.
