As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop effective strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Publish job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
- Screen CVs conduct interviews and provide candidate evaluations.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements
Requirements
- Academic background in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and selection.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
