Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Work closely with clients to understand dashboards requirements to lead and facilitate discussions within global and regional levels;
- Analyze requests received and provides consultancy on the output when applicable;
- Identify possible data quality problems in HR datasets and reports;
- Update dashboards aligned with business requirements;
- Track all reports generated and dashboards provided for trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Information Systems Analytics Statistics or related fields;
- Experience: Understanding about Power BI Power Query DAX and SQL Databases;
- Knowledge: Ability to work in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Outlook Excel OneNote etc.): e.g. create visual appealing presentations prepare spreadsheets etc.
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level) German would be an asset;
- Personality: Analytical mindset high flexibility proactiveness resilience and structured way of working.
