Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process source top talent and ensure efficient hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage endtoend recruitment processes for various positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels.
3. Screen resumes conduct phone/interviews and assess candidate fit.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment support.
5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies procedures and labor laws.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
8. Improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
1. 24 years of experience in recruitment HR or talent acquisition.
2. Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
3. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in recruitment software ATS and MS Office.
5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA in HR or related field.
2. Experience with Zoho Recruit LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
