Job Description
- Leading fullcycle recruitment (sourcing identifying evaluating closing)
- Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition pipeline calibration interviewing preparedness candidate assessment and decisionmaking
- Creating and posting vacancies at different professional resources
- Proactively developing and executing candidategeneration strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Monitoring job market
- Taking part in PR events (job fairs conferences user groups etc.)
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Maintaining candidate database
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies
- Experience in negotiating with management
- Good knowledge of the IT market its players salary ranges and market tendencies
- Good skills in candidate search and selection including direct sourcing
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
- omprehensive understanding of the fullcycle recruitment process
- Experience in applying and finetuning processes for quick and smooth operation
- At least an UpperIntermediate level of English
