Job Description

Position Name: MS Delivery Manager

Domain: Transformation & Automation

Organizational Unit: Managed Service

Contract period : Start with 3 months then extend based on performance

Overview:

The MS delivery Manager will play a vital role in managing customerfocused projects that drive transformation and automation within Managed Services. This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage endtoend projects from initiation to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams clients and stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and establish clear project objectives.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans allocate resources and monitor progress making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates status reports and deliverables to key stakeholders ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of project management processes to support the organizations transformation and automation goals.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure all projects are aligned with customer requirements and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.

What you will do:

  • Manage and drive transformation and automation projects within Managed Services ensuring all activities align with strategic goals for digitalization efficiency and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for detailed project focused on transforming operational processes through innovative solutions and automation technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand transformation needs gather requirements and define project scope ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new automation tools and transformation processes helping teams transition smoothly to optimized workflows.
  • Risk and Issue Management in Transformation: Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to transformation projects implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and reduce disruption.
  • CustomerFocused Transformation: Ensure that transformation and automation projects are designed with customer experience in mind delivering improvements that directly benefit clients and enhance service delivery.
