I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Bromley for a leading leisure Management operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting business.
Were looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team target. You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer.
Prior sales management experience in the health & fitness or leisure would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high performing team through an ongoing training coaching and support to maximise to deliver the mission and achieve locally determined commercial and customer service targets
- Ensure all prospective members are shown around the facility and encouraged to acquire a membership option that meets their needs using sales tools and techniques documented.
- Deliver agreed team KPIs around completed calls lead generation booked appointments
- Provide managers and teams with accurate and detailed customer service and sales performance reports that identify what has gone well what could be better and the corrective action thats required.
- Fulfilling Duty Management Shifts if/when required
The ideal candidate will need to have 1 years management/supervisory experience within the leisure or hospitality related industries.
You must be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and be passionate about wellbeing/activity.
