Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team focusing on the Unsecured Loan and Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background a deep understanding of financial products and the ability to drive new business manage client relationships and build a highperforming team.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving sales targets growing market share and enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets for Unsecured Loans and Micro LAP.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in both product categories.
- Mentor train and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Market Development:
- Identify potential clients in the market including individuals and businesses who may benefit from unsecured loans and micro LAP solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as business owners brokers and real estate agents to generate leads and increase market penetration.
- Regularly monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product offerings.

Sales Execution:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to product presentation negotiation and closing deals.
- Drive the team to source new customers through various channels such as cold calling referrals networking and digital platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports tracking team performance sales activities and product performance.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding sales progress challenges and market dynamics.
- Use data analytics to forecast trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Relationship Management:
- Build longterm relationships with key clients ensuring repeat business and referrals..
- Collaborate with other departments such as Credit Operations and Risk to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursals.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements including the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- Educate the sales team on internal risk management protocols and best practices for securing loans and minimizing defaults.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field.
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum of 34 years of experience in sales preferably in the financial services or banking sector with a strong focus on unsecured loans or Micro LAP.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial products environment.
- Experience in managing a sales team and driving performance through motivation and leadership.

- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of unsecured loans micro LAP and other financial products.
- Ability to manage client expectations and build longterm relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and track sales performance.
- Proficient in MS Office CRM software and sales analytics tools.
