Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course;
- 6 months to 1 year data encoding and quality assurance experience using Excel
- MUST possess good communication skills;
- Have experience with Data Entry and/or Data Analysis using Excel Proficient with using computer and is very keen to details
- Amenable to work on Night Shift
- Must be willing to report onsite if needed. Hybrid Setup – No. of days depending on the business need.
- Willing to work on a projectbased contract for 1 year.
Job Description:
- Order Management for third party vendors (data entry from customer webform to vendor portal)
- Issue management (fulfillment issues) .
- Support third party logistics expansion activities and be able to absorb new knowledge/skills needed to support new vendor Coordination with Onshore team
- Timely checking of emails and other communication channels.
- Regular monitoring of emails to process the data immediately.
- Attend meetings with the US and Manila teams as needed.
