Job Description
Job Title: SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering Leader
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineering leader to manage a team
supporting an enterprisewide SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM)
platform. This role combines technical expertise leadership and stakeholder
management to drive innovation ensure operational excellence and deliver impactful
identity management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation and Technology Advancement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement tools that add value to the organization.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers stakeholders and team members.
- Provide regular project updates to management and leadership teams.
System Delivery and Integration:
- Oversee the delivery of software components that meet functional and product requirements.
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications across the enterprise.
Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure cohesive endtoend design and delivery.
- Automate component and integration tests.
- Champion secure coding practices and adherence to industry standards.
Innovation and ProblemSolving:
- Explore and implement opensource technologies/frameworks to address business challenges.
- Act as a flexible team member contributing to all facets of delivering business applications.
Operational Support:
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated incidents.
- Manage change and incident management processes effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8 years of leadership experience in managing technical teams.
- Handson experience in Java or Python.
- 68 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ including architecture
- workflows and customizations.
- Proficiency in databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction.
- Experience in troubleshooting enduser issues in largescale
- environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 5 years of expertise in the cybersecurity domain specifically IAM.
Experience with:
- APIs (e.g. SCIM REST SOAP).
- RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) implementation.
- Programming/web technologies (e.g. Bean Shell JavaScript SPMLJSF).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
- Certifications in ITIL AWS or SailPoint.
