Job Description
As Supervisor OnSite Support at our Client you play a crucial role in the energy transition where your leadership and strategic insight directly contribute to a stable digital workplace. You will have the opportunity to coach a driven team and stimulate innovation within a diverse company. In addition you will work in an informal atmosphere with a major impact on millions of residents supported by collaboration and advanced technologies such as ServiceNOW. This is a 40hour position.
In the role of Supervisor OnSite Support you are responsible for the daily management and coaching of the OnSite Support team. You ensure efficient planning and scheduling solve complex issues on location and optimize service provision and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing new initiatives. In addition you work closely with the product owner and other departments to improve IT policy and ensure a stable digital workplace. We create the energy grid of the future for everyone with everyone. And as Supervisor OnSite Support you contribute to this.
So you are busy with:
- Managing and coaching the OnSite Support team focused on professional growth and efficient;
- Responsible for drawing up and managing the teams planning and scheduling;
- Assessing and solving complex issues on location in both Dutch and English;
- Continuously improving service provision and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing initiatives;
- Independently performing system management and process coordination.

- Minimum HBO working and thinking level in ICT;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English both spoken and written;
- Experience with Lean/Agile working methods and IT processes;
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW or similar systems.

If you join clients teams you will receive the following based on a 40hour working week:
- Duration: 1760 hours or 52 weeks with Opentalent Payroll after takeover by the client.
- Salary of 3412.20 to 4874.57 gross per month (scale 7) an annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (fulltime) or 12.8% (parttime) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can have this amount paid out but you can also use it to buy extra days off for example. You choose what suits you;
- 24.5 days of vacation per year to be supplemented with extra days that you purchase from your IKB;
- an endofyear bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary;
- a pension buildup at ABP especially for the government and education. Client will pay 70% of your pension premium;
- a DI budget of 500 each year for your sustainable employability. Because being and remaining sustainably employable is essential for all of us. For example choose arboproof work furniture coaching sessions or sports. You decide where your budget goes.
