Job Description
Installation of system software coordination of organization wide software deployment
Provide support to users of operational software (CRM HRIS (ZOHO ONE) and Account software (BankOne) etc)
Coordinate purchase and repairs of work tools: desktops computers laptops tablets printers scanners etc
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software or other network and system problems and replace defective problems where necessary
Resolve computer network problems
Responsible for deployment maintenance and functionality of internet services
Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues
Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operation
Resolve computer software problems
Works with the HR/Admin to allocate computer and other work tools maintain keep record and tag work tools
Requirements
- Preferred Candidate must be proficient in the use of ZOHO ONE software (CRM HRIS and the likes)
- Should have an understanding of Accounting software (BankOne)
- Minimum of BSc certificate
- NYSC Certificate
- Related professional certificates
- Ability to collaborate
- Problem solving skill
- Relevant job description experience is key
