Job Description
As an HR Specialist/Administrator you ll play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our client s healthcare workforce. You ll be at the forefront of managing recruitment processes ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and contributing to key HR initiatives. Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts to expand our talented workforce across multiple states

- Ensure staff compliance with Australian healthcare regulations and company policies
- Spearhead initiatives related to fair work rate increases and performance reviews
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian employment standards
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
- Handle confidential employee information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the HR team to support overall departmental functions and growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR preferably within the healthcare or social services sector
- Strong knowledge of Australian fair work regulations and NDIS compliance requirements is a major advantage
- Excellent data management and administrative skills
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and best practices
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
