Job Description
We are seeking a RomanianSpeaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Sofia! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the worlds top customer engagement companies offering services to some of the biggest brands globally. In this role you will support customers for a leading brand in the tobacco industry ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. What Youll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries through phone email and chat channels.
- Provide assistance with product details orders and technical issues.
- Resolve customer concerns and strive to meet satisfaction targets.
- Update customer accounts and work closely with team members.
Who You Are:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1 English skills.
- No previous experience required though it is beneficial.
- Ready to relocate to Sofia and begin work immediately.
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid residence card.
