Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor fluent in both Dutch and English. This role is crucial for crafting exceptional experiences for our luxury hotel clientele. As a key part of our team you will leverage your language skills and customer service prowess to provide distinguished service and support ensuring an unforgettable customer journey.
Qualifications :
Fluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.
Based in Bulgaria
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs
Previous experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality industry is a plus.
