Job Description:
We are looking for Slovakspeaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international team in Sofia Bulgaria. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone email and chat
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure excellent customer service quality and satisfaction
- Work in a multicultural team in a fastpaced environment
Requirements:
- Fluent Slovak (C1/C2 and English (B2
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a shiftbased schedule
- Valid documents required: EU citizenship residency card (valid for more than a year) or refugee card
- Work permit & Blue Card are NOT accepted

Relocation Package:
