Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll represent our brand by assisting customers through digital platforms. Your main tasks will include resolving customer questions addressing account or order issues and keeping thorough records of each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
