Job Details
- Position: Customer Support Representative
- Language Requirements: German (native/fluent) English
- Work Type: OnSite
- Start Dates: 10th March 2025 and 14th April 2025
Shift Options
- Workdays: Monday to Sunday
- Shifts: Candidates can choose from the following:
- 10:00 am 7:00 pm
- 12:00 pm 9:00 pm (late shift)
- 5:00 pm 2:00 am (night shift only)
- PartTime Options: Available
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Monthly Salary: 3800 BGN
- SignOn Bonus: 2000 BGN (for successful German hires starting on 10th March or 14th April 2025 applicable only to local candidates in Bulgaria)
- Additional Benefits:
- Night shifts include bonus payments and free transport support.
Training
- Structure:
- 2 weeks of standard working hours (for training purposes).
- 2 weeks of nesting on a 5:00 pm 1:00 am schedule.
