Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years in accounting including management experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IFRS proficiency in NetSuite and a proactive startup mindset. This role requires a selfstarter who is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to go beyond defined responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for SEC filings and compliance
- Lead license preparation and regulatory filings
- Establish financial operations for our Philippines office
Qualifications:
- 5 years in accounting with management experience
- Deep understanding of IFRS
- Experience with NetSuite
