Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
- Build and lead a worldclass marketing team.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance reputation and social media presence.
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored to international audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Reputation and Social Media Management
- Establish and maintain a positive brand image across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions ensuring a consistent and professional tone.

Global Market Expertise
- Leverage insights into international markets to guide marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university (Master s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Significant experience leading marketing teams in international markets.
- Proven expertise in marketing strategy campaign execution and team onboarding.
- Advantageous: Experience in the Fintech Finance Sector or crosscultural marketing environments.
