Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday Friday: flexible between 8.30am 5.30pm Surry Hills NSW

The Role

Were seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and sales through datadriven paid digital campaigns. This role focuses primarily on managing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives while contributing to our broader digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta channels etc.) and Google Ads to drive qualified leads and sales

Develop and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI

Conduct thorough A/B testing of ad creative copy and targeting

Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance metrics

Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance indicators

Strategy & Analytics

Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights

Identify opportunities for improvement and scaling successful campaigns

Contribute to channel strategy development based on performance data
Work with existing brand guidelines to inform creative direction
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid social efforts with overall marketing objectives

Content & Creative

Provide input on ad creative and copy to optimize performance

Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency

Manage content scheduling and posting across social channels

Coordinate with design team to develop highperforming ad creative

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Experience

3 years of handson experience managing paid digital campaigns

Proven track record of delivering ROI through paid social advertising

Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads

Experience with social media management and analytics tools

Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms and their targeting capabilities

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools

Proficiency in campaign tracking and attribution

Experience with A/B testing methodologies

Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles

Personal Qualities

Datadriven decisionmaker with strong analytical capabilities

Resultsoriented with a focus on ROI

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly

Experience with fast growth organizations & comfortable working with ambiguity
Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously
