Job Description
We re seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role you ll be at the heart of our clients digital presence crafting and managing engaging content primarily for LinkedIn with potential expansion to other platforms. You ll work closely with our team lead to develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients growth objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cuttingedge SaaS startups honing your skills across various industries and contributing directly to the success of innovative tech companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compelling social media content strategies for multiple B2B SaaS clients with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Create schedule and publish engaging posts that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing lead to align social media efforts with overall growth strategies
- Adapt content creation to match different client voices and industries within the B2B SaaS space
- Utilize AIpowered tools to enhance content creation and optimize performance
- Monitor social media trends and best practices implementing new ideas to improve engagement and reach
- Assist in creating content for other platforms like X (formerly Twitter) as needed
- Contribute to the development of landing page content and other marketing materials
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports to the team lead and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management particularly on LinkedIn for B2B or tech companies
- Strong writing and editing skills in English with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry and startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies including AIpowered content creation platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A passion for staying uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices
