Achieve acts as a counselor advocate and partner helping students achieve their degree in less time with less effort and for less money utilizing an alternative path to earning college credit known as the creditbyexamination process. Essentially Achieve helps students bypass all of the busywork associated with taking certain college courses the traditional way by instead passing just one testout exam. Job Summary:


As a business expansion specialist you will be responsible for identifying and promoting our services to existing customers while actively seeking out and engaging customers to boost topline revenue growth customer acquisition levels and profitability. The ideal candidate will be results driven and highly selfmotivated with strong interpersonal skills; have a natural ability to influence people and make sustainable connections with their customers.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Contact customers to identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

  • Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers

  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing customers to meet their needs

  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Follow up with generated leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the upsell process.

  • Use customer feedback to improve the upsell process and experience.




Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills

  • Prioritizing time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • High School Diploma or certificate in customer relations and sales

  • Bsc Degree in Business Administration would be a plus.



Job Details:

Type: Remote

Schedule: MonFri between the hours of 7:00AM 9:00PM EST/ Maybe required to work some weekends.
