We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support our regulatory compliance efforts and manage relationships with Indonesian regulators such as OJK AFPI and PPATK. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements and the ability to guide business practices in alignment with compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of compliance experience in Indonesia particularly working with OJK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely response to regulatory requests and the submission of scheduled reports to OJK AFPI PPATK and other relevant authorities.
  2. Compliance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate compliancerelated aspects of business operations advising departments on regulatory requirements.
  3. Regulatory Alignment: Provide strategic guidance and advice to ensure business activities meet the standards and requirements of Indonesian regulators.
  4. SOP Review & Improvement: Support the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance adequacy offering recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Compliance Administration: Manage compliance documentation and maintain organized communication with regulatory bodies.
  6. Regulatory Analysis: Update and analyze regulatory provisions assessing impact and identifying gaps in compliance.
  7. Training & Awareness: Assist management in developing compliance training programs to increase regulatory awareness among employees.
  8. Additional Tasks: Perform other compliancerelated tasks as directed by line managers or senior compliance leadership.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in Law Business Finance or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in compliance roles particularly with exposure to OJK (Financial Services Authority of Indonesia) and related regulatory bodies.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Indonesian regulations especially within the finance and fintech sectors; knowledge of AML and data privacy regulations is a plus.
  4. Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess regulatory changes and their impact on business practices.
    • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to crossdepartmental coordination.
