Our customer TicTac Learn is the leading provider of EdTech solutions in Northern Europe.
With the vision of creating a better tomorrow by sharing knowledge today they help their clients create custom learning experiences to suit every situation.
The team in Berlin is expanding and we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join in solidifying their presence in the German market. The position is located at the office in Berlin.
Tasks
- Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads and warm contacts scheduling followup meetings.
- CRM and Data Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy in Pipedrive organize mailboxes and manage email campaigns.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales notes quote creation and purchase order processing. Support administrative tasks to streamline the sales process.
- Communication and Scheduling: Act as the first contact for inquiries and schedule meetings for sales reps. Record communication details and followup actions in CRM.
Requirements
- You already gained sales or customerfacing experience; and familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
- Proficient in Excel and handling lead qualification.
- Strong in Microsoft Office CRM data management and basic email campaign tools.
- Organized proactive customerfocused and a strong team player.
- Excellent German and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- You are a dynamic and positive individual who brings energy to every interaction and has the confidence to lead engaging productive conversations.
