This position is to manage and update customer pertaining to Air Import Shipments activities
Job Description:
To monitor closely assigned customers inbound shipments
Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
Maintain close communication with overseas offices internal customers authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
Other adhoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager
Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement
Entry levels can apply as training will be provided
