Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join our team in the Business Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Client Relationship Officer will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and providing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Officer or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
- Minimum of 13 years of work experience in client relationship management or sales
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred
