Job Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Relationship Manager to manage and expand the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role involves building strong relationships with clients and DSA partners driving sales and ensuring seamless loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
- Recruit train and manage DSA partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and DSA partners.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Track and report sales performance.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP or financial product sales (DSA experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of loan products and market trends.
- Ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.
