Role Overview:
We are looking for a GermanSpeaking Email and Chat Support Representative to join our expanding team in Sofia. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in German and has a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions via email and chat helping to resolve issues and answer questions efficiently and professionally.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing highquality support and maintaining the excellent reputation of our company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat providing accurate and timely information in German.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to offer accurate information and solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions queries and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and share customer feedback with management to help improve services and the overall customer experience.
- Follow Processes: Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent highquality support.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Skill Development: Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills product knowledge and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. Good command of English (at least B2 level) is also required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in both German and English with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
- Customer Service Focus: A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to think critically and find effective solutions to customer problems.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in customer interactions and data management.
- Comfort with Technology: Proficient in using computers customer service software and CRM systems.

- Prior Experience: Experience in customer service email or chat support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Relocation Willingness: Open to relocating to Sofia if currently living abroad. A relocation package including flight tickets and accommodation is available for eligible candidates.
- OnSite Availability: Must be based in Sofia and willing to work fulltime onsite at our office.
